We stumbled across this coffee from the Duromina Coop while searching for a single-origin espresso. It stood out on the cupping table because while it does possess Ethiopia’s trademark berry flavors, they are a bit more subtle and intermingled nicely with a more traditional earthiness. Still, the juiciness holds up under just about any brew method and produces a balanced profile perfect for daily drinking.
